Here is a simple one (or so I thought) that utilizes an old stand by monster, ORCS! When we played this one last night only one PC survived, and him missing a hand. Hope things go better for all of you.

Remember, when you just watched the dwarf ranger get his spine shattered, one wigget turned into a pile of furry mush, the other torn to pieces and eaten while alive, as you are tumbling down a steep, quarter mile hill, smashing into trees and rocks, being crushed and broke. Sometimes it is better to fail that climb check than make it.
