Well here area few pics from all the fun we had at DIE CON 9, a Hacktastic good time was had by all. Thanks to all the cool staff, vendors and gamers for making this years DIE CON one of best events we here at B.P.P Inc. have done. Enjoy the pics and sorry for the delay, the BigE has had a bit of stuff going on lately and I have slacked a bit on my duties. But now I am back on the Eat, Sleep and Play Hacktastic Wagon!

It is time again for yet another installment the Stool Pigeon. We try to keep you up to date on the comings and goings here at Black Pigeon Press. This month is full of goodness what with the coming out to Dungeon & Dragons 4 we have all kinds of stuff to rant about so let’s get to it.
Honesty
We had planned on many things here at the Pigeon Coop but alas that was not to be. Gather around young ones and hear the words of your elders. With the upcoming release of the new Dungeons & Dragons 4 in May of 2008 WOTC initially released information stating they would no longer continue with the Open Gaming License or the System Reference Document. These two pieces of paper are what allow not just Black Pigeon Press but the rest of the gaming world to the D20 D&D Gaming system for their own worlds and module adventures. If this would go away for the new release of D&D 4 we would not be allowed to expand our gaming world using any of the new shiny things WOTC would put out. We could continue to put out Shatterdawn stuff based on the 3.5 version of D& D for all eternity but our feelings on that are those who don’t move forward become stagnant and we do not wish to be stagnant, were “Hacktastic”…. So with that entire history lesson in mind here is what we are going to do. In January at TPK Con 2 we will have a Huge Hacktastic, think every Shatterdawn Character alive today involved, battle against an evil cult know only as the Wizards. This group of evil cultist has in avertedly opened a portal to the world of Shadow that will engulf all of Shatterdawn if our heroes can’t close it. Also at TPK Con 2 we will introduce two new gaming worlds form Black Pigeon Press, Cosmic Eclipse and our new game. Our new game will have a new D20 based rule set which we will release a 10-15 page quick play booklet online free so you can get started soon.
