The mighty Colossus and I just sat through a DVR copy of Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire, we had, at best low expectations….But were surprised. KROD ROCKS! The Humor, low brow, corny and glorious! I can’t wait to waste another 30 minutes of my life zoning away, zombie-like, letting the cheesy comic goodness that says that horse rape is funny. I give Krod Mandoon a giant foam finger up! Check it out if you have a bit of time to waste and are in the mood for cheesy sword and sorcery goodness.

Well better late than never. I meant to have daily updates, but I ended up staying at the hotel Saturday Night, so here is the rest of the fun we had at AMINE STL this year. Things were quite interesting with the mix of Cozpaly, RPGA, FAST GAMES, HACKTASTIC goodness and loads of gun lovers visiting the gun show that took place the same weekend! We had fun…but, I myself could have done without all the AKs and Camo. While I support the right to bear arms I prefer the Right to BARE Arms (or Buster Swords and Plastic Blasters)! ALL the Anime Fans were great, The gamers on their best behavior, others could take a lesson from coolness of the costumed, panda loving, buster sword bearing, dice rollers. I was proud to be counted amongst their number. While most of the gun show goers were pleasant enough, a few let their shoe-sized IQs shine through. Never the less we all had fun and look forward to next year. Thanks to all the Con Staff, Hotel Staff, RPGA Judges, FAST GAMES guys and con goers. 

If this insults any of those few gun lovers so be it. You are more than welcome to break out your hardware and visit me. I’ll be glad to tell you to your face what I think of your slow-witted hateful attitude. After the behavior I witnessed I’ll take a Full Metal Alchemist over a Full Metal jacket any day!  To All those cool people who attended the gun show and took in the crazy fun with a few chuckles and a shake of the head, I say thanks for being cool.

EVENTS/ Cons and Game days

We are gearing up for our con and game day season. the first will be ANIME STL 2009 (March 27-29),  We will have a another interactive event (since it went over so well at TPK) check out our events calendar for full details or their website

Besides us our buds from FAST Games are coming with us to bring their brand of gaming fun to the folks at Anime, as well as the RPGA running LFR, so there is a bit of fun for everyone.

CURRENT PROJETCS

Well the CREATURE HACTANUAL is a bit bigger project than we first intended (but that means more cool creatures for you), so things have gotten a bit bogged down. No worries we will make it (and make it bigger). Here is a nice piece of artwork to hold you over (this one is by the Magnificent CRUMP, and colored by the Bonelesschickenfarmer)

Sorry folks it took so long to get this to you, it seems The Dangerous One found his way to the border and stayed a month or three. Never the less here is what I assembled from his drunken chicken scratch, not bad considering it was sent to me on no less than 16 cocktail napkins along with a live chicken. Enjoy!
