I had a few questions about the online puchase system.  I know my questions might sound a bit ridiculous, but I thought I might as well ask to figure things out.

1. Does the price shown include tax/shipping already?

2. Will we be directed to a link for downloading any PDF purchases?

 Tax is not "required" in MO. for online purchases, so no tax

No shipping for PDF Downloads and after purchase it should allow you to download it.

 

If you have any trouble don't hesitate to contact the Roost Master, GIARC or Myself.  (via e-mail) and we will get you sorted out.

Once we have confirmation of payment, we go and approve it (Monday-Thursday we check at least twice a day. Friday -Sunday I check it periodically all day) and you are sent an e-mail with the download link. Do not loose this e-mail as it is the only way to download your purchase.

Alaways if you have any problems, don't hesitate to shoot us a line.
