1-Hakim, Loreweaver, Summon Legend, UU3

UUut target creature enchantment card from your graveyard on Hakim, Loreweaver. Treat that enchantment as though it were just played. Use this ability only during your upkeep and only if there are no enchantments on Hakim.
UU, tapestroy all enchantments on Hakim.

2-Time Elemental, Summon Elemental, U2
0/2 If Time Elemental attacks or blocks, it deals 5 damage to you and is buried at end of combat.
UU2, tap: Return target permament with no enchantments on it to owners hand.

3-Control Magic, Enchant Creature, UU2
Gain control of target creature.

2-Ray of Command, Instant U3
Untap target creature opponent controlls and gain control of it until end of turn. That creature can attack or use abilities that require tap as part of the activation cost. when you lose control of the creature, tap it.

2-Dissipate, Interupt, UU1
Counter target spell. Remove that spell card from the game.

2-Force of Will, Interupt, UU3
You may pay 1 life and remove a blue card in your hand from the game instead of paying Force of Will's casting cost. Effects that prevent or redirect damage cannot be used to counter this loss of life. Counter target spell.

3 tap: Opponent must discard one card of his or her choice. Con only be used during controller's turn.

2-Scroll Rack, Artifact, 2
1 tap: Choose any number of cards in your hand and set those cards aside. Put an equal number of cards from the top of your library into your hand. Then put the cards set aside in this way on top or your library in any order.

2-Ashnod's Cylix, Artifact, 3
3 tap: Target player looks at the top three cards of his or her library and puts one of them on top of that library. Remove the remaining two from the game.

2-Phyrexian Furnace, Artifact, 1
Tap: remove the bottom card of target player's graveyard from the game.
1, Sacrifice Phyrexian Furnace: Remove target card in any graveyard from the game and draw a card.

1-Sol Ring, Artifact, 1
Tap: Add 2 colorless mana to your mana pool. This ability is played as an interrupt.

1-Mox Diamond, Artifact, 0
When Mox Diamond comes into play, choose and discard a land card or sacrifice Mox Diamond.
Tap: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Play this ability as a mana source.

Add 1 blue mana to your mana pool. Tapping this artifact can be played as an interrupt.

4-Jester's Cap, Artifact, 4
2 tap: Sacrifice Jester's Cap to look through target player's library and remove any three of those cards from the game. Reshuffle that library afterwards.

2-Thawing Glaciers, Land
Comes into play tapped. 1 tap: search your library for a basic land and put it into play tapped. This does not count toward your one land per turn limit. At the end of turn, return Thawing Glaciers to owner's hand.

1-Strip Mine, Land
Tap: Add one mana to your mana pool.
Tap: Sacrifice Strip Mine to destroy target land.

1-Library of Alexandria, Land
Tap to add 1 colorless mana to your mana pool or draw a card from your library; you may use the card-drawing ability only if you have exactly seven cards in your hand.

1-Tolarian Academy, Legendary Land
Tap: Add U to your mana pool for each artifact you control.

4-Mishra's Factory, Land
Tap: Add one colorless mana to your mana pool.
1: Mishra's Factory becomes an Assembly Working, a 2/2 artifact creature, until end of turn. Assembly Worker still counts as a land but cannot be tapped for mana the turn it comes into play.
Tap: Target Assembly Worker gets +1/+1 until the end of turn.

12- Islands

I will have to dig around my old box to see what else I could dig up, I just figured some folks around here could appreciate anything solid blue.
