Can I buy advanced and exemplar templates during character creation. Is it even possible?  If one must proceed in the order described in to MRB then I guess no. However, if I could purchase a template any time during creation I could spend points to possibly meets requirements.

Looking forward to hearing the reply.

Yes you can as long as you meet the requirements for a advanced or exemplar template you can tack it at most ive seen people get two or three templates at the begining but i advise against that and just start with one with your first 100 build points.
