1. If I had prepped +5 exquisite arrows coated in tar and wrapped in cloth that I lit using mystic spark and fired them with my fuarie sized elf war bow.
A: First where do you keep a tar coated arrow, 2nd, were did you get the tar. If you manage to get the thing it would count as Fire (as it is on fire), though not enough of a rating to add anything to attack (since it would count as improvised) or injury unless you were shooting it at a flammable target (I would use rating 5 Fire is for instance trying to catch a thatched roof o fire)
1a. Would they still count as fire for vulnerabilities?
A: See above
1b. What would my bonus to attack be, not counting all my nonsense but just with my weapon bonus of 3 and the +5 from the arrows and the fire?
A: you would lose all bonus to attack since it would now count as an improvised weapon and also lose any talents specific for arrows or bows since it now considered an improvised weapon. improvised weapons gain no bonus to attack, though cause injury according to weapon size as normal.
2. Would it be possible for me to tie on witch fire flasks, boom pebbles, and flasks of acid onto my arrows so when they struck my target my arrow will break the flask on it's tip and the flask will shatter releasing the fire and acide or breaking the wax seeal on the boom pebble?
A: at this time no, at least not in game day games. What you do at your home games is up to your GM.
3. With an alchemists kit, what would be the alchemy Lore test to create witch fire flasks and boom pebbles?
A: At this time their is no crafting talents so you would be unable to create any item in a game day game. Also it would require time, money and a chance of failure to go along with you alchemist kit. Perhaps something in the near future?
4 If I have alchemists chalk smashed into powder in a bag attached to arrows and with my insanely high observe spot a thief that the other members of my party cannot see. If I fire this arrow at that person the bag will burst and the glow-in-the darks chalk will shower all over the person causing him to glow.
A: on an arrow I would say no. Though the use of it to mark a target is possible, though it would require a sufficient amount of chalk dust (say 10 sticks per area or target marked). Also I would rule a +10 Equipment bonus to any trying to observe the target.
4a. Will my allies gain a bonus to see this person?
A: Anyone trying to observe would gain the bonus
4b. Will this take away any equipment bonuses that person has to stealth (holocaust cloaks, shadow cloaks) since the cloaks are glowing?
A: no
5a. How much EP is added on to the price of an item to make it Superior quality? (H/D20 p181)
A: that is for non-equipment and gear items (A tougher than normal table perhaps)
5b. Do Superiror quality and exquisite quality stack on the same item?
A: no see above answer.
6a. Does the (SP) Fist of Fury Talent count as a weapon? (Guessing No)
A: No
6b. If not, Will talents that specify melee weapon bnus such as Triple Strike Melee work with it?
A: NO
6c. I think I was talking with you about this earlier, but if i am wearing gauntlets could I pourweapon enchantment oil on them to give my unarmed strike the bonus?
A: yes if you are wearing gauntlets
7. Could a PC choose not to make an avoid test and go straight to Vigor?
A: Yes if he so wishes
8a. Do victems of a (SP) Dragon leg sweep get knocked back in the same direction or can I choose individual directions? (For instance into eachother for crushing damage)
A: you may choose the direction, but it must be away from you. if they hit another target (it is allowed a Agility 15 to avoid them or be knocked prone also) this attack causes no damage unless they hit a solid object (a Wall for instance) then it counts as falling damage.
8b. If I leg sweep guy1 into guy2 does guy 1 carry on through guy2 untill he reaches his full movement.
A: No the distance would stop and both guy 1 and guy 2 would be prone where guy 2 was standing (if he fails his avoid test, if he makes it guy 1 flies past him)
