2 questions:

Is the +10 added into the Combat Encumbrance total?

Is the +10 added into the Resist Roll to resist poison?

First off Double Tough does not add to your Endurance Core Ability, so it has NO EFFECT on your Combat Encumbrance whatsoever.

Double Tough (Like Tough) Adds a bonus to ANY Endurance Test you would have to make, such as vs poison, to resist fatigue, or any ENDURANCE TEST.

The same goes for Powerful Brawn, Quickened Reflexes, Hardened Soul, Steely Mind or Strong Personality.

They add to rolls and tests, not to Core Abilites.

Example a PC with the Double Tough Talent with an Endurance Core Ability of 20  is asked to make an Endurance test to resists a Poison effect. He would roll 1d20 +His Endurance of 20+ 10 for his double tough talent or 1d20 +30.
