Questions:

1) What action is taking Tomb Tonic or Toxin Draught? (f, me or other)

2) When can you take it? (before encounter, after you have been hit or

otherwise affected)

3) What action is throwing a Witch Fire Flask or Boom Pebble? (f, me or other)

1.  a (Me) to get it into your hand and a (S) to imbibe either.

2. Both last for one encounter , may be taken at anytime during the encounter and afterwards you gain the bonuses. 

3. Both require a ranged attack action to throw, so (S) at the very least, unless you stand and deliver then it is a (S*).
