For the Doom Axe ability Heroic Doom it says any kill injury suffered goes to Luck of Heroes Chart even if it is normally not allowed. Does this only apply to deaths that don't allow a luck of heroes roll or prevent other effects from working (ex.The Hex Hurlers Curse of Heroes )

With the Bulk gone, who is left to LEAP to the aide of the innocent?

The Talent applies to Kill Injury results such as Suffocation, normally a hero does not get a luck of heroes roll, but the Doom Axe does. Suffocation is no way for a doom axe to buy the farm, he needs to be chopped to bloody pieces. Though a Hex or other effect (such as your GM taking away your Luck of Heroes, due to unheroic play) can deny your Luck of heroes Test for a time.
