Improved movement 1 for the forester states that it increases your base move speed by 1 and the treed talent says it increase your base land move speed. So will a fuarrie with improved movement 1 have a flight of 13 and a land of 3 or just a land of 3

A Faurie with Improved Move 1 will have a standard Fly speed, and a ground speed of 3".
