Ref Knight's Blade (Fantastic Treasures 1)

…Rolls 2d20 while attacking undead or creatures vulnerable to Exalted Magic.  The undead part I get.  What Creatures would be vulnerable to Exalted Magic.  Is there a hard and fast rule or is it up to the GM?

Just any creatures that are vulnerable to Exalted, it should State it in the character stats. For instance Umbral Knight has a Boon That makes him vulnerable to exalted. I am not sure but that is my guess
