Does the trickster's mage dye spell work on magic items such as shadow sheen chain mail without removing the magical effects like it's +10 stealth

Also. Does the Spell sneaks secret that gives you a +20 magic talent bonus work half for alent and half to your maic cap of +50 or just towards the magic cap.

Mystic Dye can color ay non living, non animated object, even magic items without changing the magic effect.

Spell Sneak Secrets count as Talent bonuses (do not effect you max magic stack), but are  counted as magic for the purposes of seeing magic auras or may not function where spells cannot function (such as Magic dead areas).
