Say your character has the talent Two Fisted Fighting.

In one hand he has a weapon 5 Acid the other 5 Poison.  Now add to that he is also a Caster and he summons a Shield of fire.

Now he attacks. 

Does the attacked creature now have to test against Acid, Poison and Fire?

Stewie says, "Tis better to die by a Summoned falling Bear than to have a Smoke Demon go up your bunghole."

The Acid is added to the attack and injury rolls and if the attack hits the target then they must test for secondary effects (as with acid test vs the rating 5 vs injury), The poison would only take effects if the attack injured (unless it was contact poison, but most weapon venom are assumed to be injury based), if the target was injured it would test Endurance vs the poison rating and be subject to the poison's negative effects if the Endurance test failed. A Shield of Fire Spell has no Effect on attack rolls and only applies to melee attacks made against not by.

So do multiple effects stack, yes, just not the ones you have listed and then only to a maximum of +50 to single roll if they are all from magic. 

Each poison is test against separately (if you had hit using two fisted fighting, while using two weapons with two different poisons)
