This Ring adds a +5 Magical Bonus to your ENDURANCE Core Ability. Correct me if I'm wrong, but your Vigor Core is Double your Endurance so a Dwarf with an Endurance of 25's Max vigor core ability would be 50. Since the magic bonus of the ring goes to my endurance core ability will it temporarily increase my max core vigor for the time I have it on?

 

So lets Say I have a dwarf with a core vigor of 55. It gets lowered down to 50 because of my max. If i put on this ring would My max be increased to 60 while I have it on. If so it would be 60 if not it would be 55 right?

No it has no effect on you Vigor max cap. first off it would be three times more expensive. It will count for Endurrance rolls, PRSB and give you +5 magic to vigor as well. 

Take a note: Your Max Vigor Cap is figured from you unmodified Endurance.
