After looking through the prerequesite talents for the Sacred Soul, I was a bit curious about the Savant talent.  So far it is looking like ten points for the talent which causes a gain of five points of lore (In this even, God Lore).  I was curious if this two to one ratio looking talent had any other effects?  I'm a bit new, so unsure as to if there is a cap on Build Points you can invest towards the various Lores.

All skills have a max cap of 30 ranks. Savant is designed to give a little extra bump after you have already maxed out your ranks.
