Hello again everyone,

I know its been some time since I have spoke up, but I hope to get back on track for TPK III and thusly I'm starting out with trying to get a few things straightened out.  So to start out, I was wondering how all the skill points work out.  Do talent bonuses and template bonuses count against the max cap of 50?

Skills cap at 30 Ranks

Talents have no Cap

Magic Caps at 50

Equipment caps at 20

so that's 100 to a single d20 roll (plus Talent Bonuses)

The Skills you gain from Templates count as Ranks
