If Blink casts the spells Black Arrow and Storm of Arrows together they allow me to turn my next ranged attack into a 4" AOE that is an auto hit. Now, if Blink uses the Speed Shooter Talent from the Trick Shooter Template does it count as one ranged attack at 8 different targets or 8 different ranged attacks at an equal number of targets? I am pretty sure it is the latter but i would like to make sure.

Read the spells closly where they say single. It will be one 4″ AOE that auto hits. not hit 8 different targets.  storm of arrows says

You call upon the power of the Wild Realm to transform your next Single

Ranged Attack from Your Wielded Ranged Weapon to count as a 4” Round AOE

.but with black arrow it makes this an auto hit. it does not do this for all 8 of your attacks just ONE.SO REMEMBER ITS AND aUTO ATTACK 4"AOE. you have ripped the goats teet off now move on.

First off Black Arrow and Strom of Arrows will work together.

These spells will also work with the Speed Shooter Trick Shot, as long as both spells active (The CASTERS MRSB) and then takes a (S*), The first Arrow fired will have the effects of both spells, but all other arrows are normal ranged attacks.

This really milks the goat, but is legal by the rules
