There is no "duration" listed.

Is it the same as the spell arcane levitation (15 + mental raw skill bonus)

After reading over the ability, I would say it actually runs off the same terms as some of The Spell Sneak's other abilities.  You can keep it going as long as you spend a ME action each round to keep it active.  If you stop doing so, that uses up one of your uses of it.
