There is no "action" for use in the description.  All it says is "Grants wielder access to the following spells: … all at NO DRAIN.  Is it a typo that an action was left out OR does it mean that whatever the action is for that spell is what is used?  Thanks

No Drain, but the spells requires the same action to cast as they normally do, unless a staff states otherwise.
