Ok how does Stealth work against Life Sense and Arcane Senses?  Does life sense auto spot anyone alive or do they still need to make a stealth roll?  Does Arcane senses auto spot anyone with magical items or do they still need to make a stealth roll?

Any Character or Creature with a Life Sense Talent will be able to detect you even if you have a high Stealth.  Any Character or Creature that is able to have Arcane Senses given by a talent/magic spell/magic item will be able to "see" you if you have ANY Magic Items on you or if you have ANY Protective Spell on you.  To put it plainly, Stealth will not help you against Life Sense Abilities or Arcane Senses.  Hope this helps.

Omar you are mistaken. Stealth works vs both Lifesense, Creatures with ARCANE Senses or Motion Sense. Think of it this way, Lifesense, Motion Sense are the way certain creatures get to make observe skill tests. This is why Arcane Senses Spell grants a +5 bonus to Observe and if you should succeed on an observe skill test you can attempt to identify what kind of magic it is. (Now that is not to say the GM could not impose a penalty to a character's Stealth Skill test against Arcane Sense for a character with many mage-craft items, a good guide for this would be a +5 to the Arcane Sense user's Observe for every 5 Mage-craft items the stealth user has on his or her person)

 

So the short answer: YES Stealth works (if you can roll high enough) against these powers/ talents, though they do not need LOS to try and detect your presence.
