In Triple Threat when the falling bears struck the party, they were not allowed Luck of Heroes rolls or Soul stones and so once they had died they were dead. However when IO looked at the Death Cheater Talents there is one called C at Fall. It's prerequisites are Destiny of Heroes and to suffer a KILL IMJURY from Falling Damage. Since this came out before Triple Threat and before the famous Revival of the legendary characters, I was wondering, "How would someone be able to suffer a kill injury from falling damage and comeback if not allowed Luck of Heroes or a soul stone?"

That was not considered to be actual falling damage. That was an attack by a falling creature. Falling damage would be like the time Morg fell down a 200-300 ft. cliff and bounced off the ground.

So this would be a basically a Doom Axe only Talent (not literally but only Doom Axes can get it) essentially since Morg only got a Luck Test do to him being a Doom Axe.

That was just an extreme case. Its possible to survive a fall otherwise with a Luck of Heroes roll. You do not have to fall hundreds of feet to get a kill injury.

Gimble is correct, a fact you should have remembered since you played in that game. That was the same game you destroyed the tower and all the children in it and caused the whole party to fail the adventure! If I were you I would focus on adventure I had played in and not those others did. Maybe that way you will not cause a horrible ending for the next bunch of PCs that must endure adventuring with you.
That said. A GM's ruling is final and he or she may take and give Luck Of Heroes rolls as they see fit. Though my personal opinion is that I give the roll as long as the actions are heroic or forward the adventure along a heroic path.
As to falling on page 188 of The H/20 Fantasy guidebook you will find BOTH the rules for Falling Damage and (Damage from Falling Objects). NO WHERE ON THIS PAGE DOES IT STATE ANYTHING ABOUT LUCK OF HEROES ROLLS!

I wasn't browsing to searching for ways to circumvent triple threat, I was just looking for talents to pick up. However my question has been answered that only a doom axe could get get the talent with heroic doom or someone that the GM allows to roll Luck on. I used triple threat as an example after my dad and I talked over and couldn''t figure out how to pick up the talent.

Read what Eric wrote. It is up to the GM who gets a Luck of Heroes roll and when. I could see someone getting lucky when falling down a cliff. Its possible that despite the fact they fell a huge distance, they actually managed to slow the fall by bouncing off protruding items, like trees, to slow the fall enough to survive the unfortunate situation.

Blink: I will say it again for the cheap seats: FALING DAMAGE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY NEGATE A LUCK OF HEROES ROLL! I am not aware of anywhere in the book that say anything to the contrary.
