RULES OF THE ADVENTURE

1: YOU MAY ONLY PLAY IF YOU RP INYO THE ADVENTURE IN THE TAVERN OR BY INVITE OF THE PRESIDING GM.
2: YOU NEED A H/20 CHARACTER COMPLETE WITH STATS TO PLAY
3: YOU ARE ON YOUR HONOR. Since we do not have a dice roller yet, you will all be rolling your own 1d20 and adding the modifiers, then posting results.
4:WE WILL RUN THIS LIKE A TABLE TOP SESSION, THE GM WILL DISCRIBE THE ACTION WIT THE PLAYERS FILLING IN THEIR DETAILS.

(GM): The first light of dawn breaks across the horizon in shades of gold and orange. The morning air is chill with the last breaths of winter. Outside the tavern entrance A tall, willowy man dressed in rough leathers and a faded green cloak checks the tie downs on a rather nasty tempered mule. At his waist hangs a pair of curved fighting knives. Across his back is a quiver of red fletched arrow. A patched and beaten sling bag that hangs from the hitching post, near where a stout horn horseman's bow leans.

"Here I be and mind yer' volume lad.  Do ye intend to wake the whole tavern?" came Kwyrk's grumbling voice from just to the left of the Trulk amongst the scattered pile of sleeping humanity.  He sat atop one of the tavern's rickety chairs near the once roaring fire had brought so much warmth and cheer to the little crusty bar and it's patrons.  The last embers of the prior nights fire winked in and out of existence as the Dwarf poked around in the fire for a still lit brand to light his pipe.

Kwyrk's backpack would start to move and moments later one side of the flap would rise to show a tossle of violet hair with a face that showed its owner had just arosen from slumber.  After out a loud yawn, which would seem more like a whimper cosnidering his size, he would look around while trying to blink the rest of the sleep from his eyes.  Then, with a vigorous shake of his head, his giddy smile would return as he looked up at his interesting companions and slide his arms over the top of the pack's rim so that they laid crossed over the top of it with his head propped upon them.  Silently he would whisper, "Good morning my friends.  Seems that you held your liquor well enough."

Who says a little brain hurts the owner? Now I make no promises about those around him.

He would yawn and pat his mouth softly before lowering his head back onto his arms and whining, "Its nice and comfy in here though."

"Daylight is burning" The willow, thin man say as he snatches up his bow and hitches on his sack.

The Mule gives a snort, almost seeming to agree with it's handler.

He levels a hawk-like look at the Trulk and then the youth, "Gather your friends and we shall be off I'll meet you near the edge of town" The Tall green man points to a thickest of forest to the north. "It's three day had march to the Tomb and the A dragon has been spotted near the northern hills, so let us not tarry"

"Brave Battle and a Good Death to You friend Molk, son of Cyak, Tehy name me Rolf, some call me Long Strider. I'm ta guide you to the entrance to the tomb. I'll be Yarn's eyes on this here little excursion. This here is Biter, she's a mean spirited mule, but has never spooked on me. As I say I'll meet you and yours near the woods. Be quick, I do not boast about the Dragon sightings.

"Make sure ye lads be packin' for the long haul.  An doin' forget to bring a shovel an a pick to bury the dead." says Kwyrk.  He then kneels before the hearth and offers up a few ancient prayers in the tongue of his long dead ancestors in the hope of securing a safe passage.  As if an after thought, he rummages through his pack and tosses a handful of what appear to be dried flowers into the heart of the last glowing embers of the previous night's fire.  As the thick fragrance of the burning petals fills his lungs, he turns and heads straight out the door and into the golden morning light.

He rubs his chin for a moment at his words, yet before he responded, Kwyrk would be praying so he would merely bow his head and mutter his respects.  Then, while still in Kwyrk's pack as he hoisted it up, he would let out a quiet, "Whee!"

Kwyrk carefully gathered up his backpack and gently placed it square across his stout Dwarven shoulders. He gave a quick pat to the loose opening of the pack and said, "Hold tight Gimble, we be off ona' another great adventure."

"And glad to be off on another grand adventure with good company I am," he says with a smile as he pops his head out from the flap to give a smile.
